How it Works

  1. Choose your leads, bights, mandrel size and cord size.
  2. Check the flat pattern and 3D wrapped preview.
  3. Download the SVG or printable tying instructions.
  4. Order a custom jig if you want one made.

Custom Jig Size

The current maximum custom jig size is 75 mm diameter × 200 mm long.

Each custom jig is checked before printing. If the selected design cannot be made cleanly at the chosen size, we will contact you before production.

Can I Use it Without Buying a Jig?

Yes. The designer is free to use. You can explore Turk’s Head patterns, download a styled SVG and print tying instructions without purchasing anything. A physical jig is only needed if you want a made-to-design mandrel for tying the knot more easily and repeatably.

How Does Ordering Work?

Choose your knot settings in the designer, check the preview, then click Add this custom jig to basket. Your selected knot data is attached automatically to your Shopify order.

There is no need to email files or copy code manually. After checkout, your design is checked before printing.
