Maximum Custom Jig Size

• Maximum diameter: 75 mm
• Maximum length: 200 mm

Larger or unusual designs may be possible by request, but the online designer is currently limited to this size for automatic ordering.

How Ordering Works

1. Open the Custom Turk’s Head Jig Designer .
2. Choose your leads, bights, mandrel diameter and cord size.
3. Check the 2D and 3D previews.
4. Use the designer’s buy button so the correct knot data is attached to your order.
5. Your design will be checked before printing.

Design Check Before Printing

Each custom design is checked before production. If the selected knot cannot be made cleanly at the chosen size, or if the cord spacing looks unsuitable, we will contact you before printing.

This helps avoid printing a jig that would be difficult to use or unlikely to give a clean finished knot.
